Cancellation, No-Show, and Large Service Policy

At Elavina Salon and Spa, we strive to send you appointment reminders two days before your scheduled services. If you are unable to make an appointment, we kindly ask that you cancel within a 24-hour window. No-shows and last-minute cancellations make it challenging for us to fill the slot, resulting in losses for both the stylist and the salon. Our goal is to avoid having to charge you, so we appreciate your cooperation.

We do require a credit card number to reserve appointments for ALL clients. We understand that emergency situations arise from time to time, however, if you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you provide us with 24-hour notice. Otherwise, you will be charged for the missed appointment.

Existing clients who cancel their appointments without proper notice (at least 24 hours in advance), or do not show up for their reserved appointment, will be considered a “No-Show.” Should this be the case, you will be charged for the missed appointment.

A $100.00 deposit is necessary to book any large service (a service lasting 2 hours or longer), such as balayage, foils, eyelash extensions, keratin treatments, etc. The deposit will be deducted from the service total the day the service is provided. Pricing will be determined at the time of your service, or during a consultation with your stylist.
