This was my first time coming to Elavina salon and spa. I came to see Brianne specifically, she was fabulous and would recommend her for anyone. I got a trim and long layers for my hair. It was simple, but I absolutely love the way it came out, having my hair one length my whole life it was time to do something different and give my hair some definition. The salon itself was very clean and comfortable, the cosmo drink special was delicious and Christi was super nice and welcoming when I arrived. I will definitely be returning for any hair needs in the future. 10/10

It was such a great experience with Olivia! I had my brows tinted, and my lashes curled and tinted with her, my first appointment ever at Elavina. Olivia was very professional, personable and put me at ease right away. I have had my brows/lashes tinted at 2 other salons over the years, and was looking for a new place. Meghan was absolutely fantastic! I had an awful experience get a full highlight down in Andover, MA, and not only was she to fix my botched hair, but give me exactly what I wanted from the beginning. She was very attentive and did a great job keeping me in the loop throughout the process, which I greatly appreciate. I will definitely be going back to see her for any and all of my future hair services!

Five stars all around! I scheduled a lash lift and tint with Ashley after reading all of the other reviews, and she did not disappoint! I've had a lash lift and tint done once at a different salon last year, and it came out horrible. As a first timer, I just assumed it was because of me (my lashes grow straight down). A year later, I decided to give it another go since I have a wedding coming up, and went with Ashley at Elavina. The experience was immediately different. Ashley is thorough, meticulous, and incredibly kind. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable. Her diligence proved that my lashes can in fact be lifted, and I am so impressed with the results. I'm already booked for a follow-up in eight weeks. Thank you so much, Ashley! (:

Finally, after an almost four year search, I found the perfect salon. Great location, easy to park, very friendly staff, large selection of products, and the “comfy for your neck” shampoo sink. Kayla is awesome….helpful, knowledgable, kind and knew exactly what to do to give me the cut/color I wanted. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of having Sofiya cut and dry my hair today. It was my first (and definitely not last) visit to Elavina Salon and she gave me what might be the best cut I’ve had in my entire life. I have A LOT of hair and she took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted and needed, getting rid of a lot of the excess weight/bulk without sacrificing much length at all. She was a pleasure to talk to, but also totally understanding when i just wanted to zone out and relax. I’d also like to mention the other young woman that helped (I think Sofiya’s assistant - apologize I forget her name) was also really great! It was such a positive experience; I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I had to cancel an appointment earlier in the week with Bianca because I was sick & I felt horrible changing stylists, but I have vacation in a few days & really needed a cut, so I got in when I could!! We chat up a storm and she makes my hair look great, and keeps it healthy. The whole team there are kind, friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I love their decor too. For the last 15yrs, I got a haircut maybe once every 2yrs. I had long black hair and colored my own hair as needed, but I needed a change. So I made my very 1st appt (ever) with this salon, they scheduled me with Marianne. I can't say enough about Marianne. She has literally become my hair Yoda! I just moved to NH from Malibu, California, and found Elavina on Instagram. Scrolling through the photos, I saw Hannah’s work and knew she was the one to see. She is utterly professional: did a thorough assessment of my hair, asked good questions about my hair’s history and current state, showed me images of what she had in mind, and really took some time to formulate a plan to deliver the results I wanted. I couldn’t be happier! She is a real artist, but there’s a lot of thought and science behind her work, too. As I sat there waiting for my color to process, I noticed other stylists cutting and coloring their clients’ hair, and listened to them make the same painstaking effort to get it just right. It was, honestly, impressive. Even at salons in Beverly Hills and Malibu, including one really famous one I used to frequent, I never saw that attention to detail. Mostly the stylists there would just do whatever they wanted; it wasn’t a collaborative process, and I can’t remember anyone ever explaining to me why they were doing what they were doing. They just did it. Anyway, I am thrilled with how my hair turned out, and very grateful to Hannah for her thoughtfulness and artistry. Definitely, 100% recommend this salon.

I visited Elavina Salon and Spa for the first time for a haircut. The salon is amazing: restful yet energizing, well-designed and stunning (and plenty of off-street parking for clients). The staff was very welcoming. I had an appointment with Maryanne. She immediately put me at ease. I had searched for hair cut that I thought might look good on me, as I was going from shoulder length hair to a short cut. She considered the shape of my face, the amount of time that I would be willing to put into the style at home and made suggestions of what might work that was similar without being as labor intensive as the style that was pictured. Maryanne did a razor cut that looks amazing! I left the salon with a smile on my face, spring in my step and appointment to come back for a color. I can't wait to see what she has in mind. She considered the shape of my face, the amount of time that I would be willing to put into the style at home and made suggestions of what might work that was similar without being as labor intensive as the style that was pictured. I just wanted to give the BIGGEST shout out to the folks at Elavina after receiving the email today in which they detailed their decision not to reopen as previously planned in mid-May due to concerns about safety and Coronavirus (even though they would have been allowed by the state of NH). I am impressed with their decision which seems to be based on scientific evidence about what keeps clients and staff safe in this unusual situation. I currently work in the healthcare industry and previously in research science. There is so much misinformation out there, and it is so hard for small businesses to make safe decisions regarding the timing for reopening due to economical hardship. It was refreshing and surprising that MY HAIR SALON was more informed than most of the general or politically motivated population... Huh! Anyway, although I am hating my "coronavirus hair and roots", I will be so much more comfortable with my decision to return to Elavina when they do decide that the time is right to open, knowing that they are TRULY committed (and informed) to keeping their clients and staff healthy with the most updated safety information regarding COVID transmission. Eliza has done a wonderful job managing what I will call my "cancer hair." It has gone from patchy, baby fine fuzz, to wavy fly away to wavy growing fast in one area only (like having a Mohawk part), to tons of very fine total straight hair with a gigantic new cowlick! This three month journey has been a challenge but she has made it better with her humor and definitely excellent skill set. We now have a plan for the future style that will grow as I do. Beth runs a fantastic Salon and they are all there to make you feel wonderful. Try Elavina you don't have to have long glorious hair to have a stylist help you find a way to feel good when you look in the mirror and see a different you. Let then help you find a new look you can be totally happy with.

This was my first visit to Elavina, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish! I have been cutting my own hair for over 20 years because I've never been comfortable with how it's turned out when I've gone to a salon. I just began cancer treatments and felt that it would be best to get my hair cut shorter before the hair loss began. On a whim, I made an appointment with Jennifer Fortin at Elavina. When my daughter and I arrived, we were greeted by several wonderful people at the front desk and were offered something to drink. We were treated wonderfully the entire time we were at the salon. Jenn was amazing. She was kind, patient, very attentive, and made what could have been a very emotionally difficult experience a wonderful one. She is a gem! I loved the haircut Jenn gave me, my daughter loves it, and everyone else has seen it since loves it as well. I will definitely continue booking appointments with Jenn when I am able. I can't thank Jenn and Elavina Salon enough for this incredible experience. Thank you!! :)

If you reply with "water please", they'll even ask still or sparkling? I've visited the salon 3 times so far and had Emerald (Emme) each time and could not be happier with her! Not only is she amazing at what she does but she makes sure I know what to do to keep my hair in tip top shape! It's hard not be be happy, but the staff will make you are could not be happier before walking out the door. As soon as the consultation was over Maryanne took charge, but explained everything she wanted to do and why. I had a hair 911- serious color correction needs. Bianca took me in and saved my hair and self esteem! It was pretty bad, and very patchy. She took her time evaluating the situation then created a plan to fix it. With time she got me to an evenly blended and beautiful color very close to what I asked for and I couldn't be more thankful! I have to say, I paid a pretty penny, but believe it was so worth it to get the outcome! Bianca was amazing!

The Staff continually checks to see that everything is "as it should be". This was my first time at the salon and as I watched people leave I saw one beautiful hair styling after another - these Stylist's really know what they are doing. My Stylist (who came here from another salon) really seems to love working here as well. As usual she did a fabulous job on my hair - so clearly she fits right in at Elavina. If you are looking for a new stylist I highly recommend you try Elavina -

I have to say from my initial phone call with Jen to her scheduling me the very next day from when I called with Eliza who had time. And I cannot say enough about Eliza she is the sweetest and very knowledgeable and patient . Colleen another stylist while I was there came over to also look at my hair she also gave me suggestions and reasured me that my nightmare of hair could be fixed. I was able to get in at a convenient time for me. When I entered I knew right away I made the right choice. The staff was super friendly and my waxing appt couldn't have gone better! I will be making the 30 min drive to get waxed at Elavina again!

Elavina salon and spa is a magical place. The minute you walk in you feel the love from the moment you are greeted. The decor is beautiful and everyone makes your stay seem so very relaxing and special. The stylists really know their stuff too!! This was my first visit to Elavina Salon, and I was very impressed with the friendly atmosphere, helpful, pleasant staff, and my wonderful stylist. She worked wonders with my hair. I loved the hand massage by Olivia during my service, and the massage chair at the shampoo station was a lovely surprise. I felt very pampered during my entire visit. The salon is beautifully designed and decorated. All of the staff had smiles and were very pleasant, making the environment very welcoming and comfortable. I am so happy to have found this local gem.

She took the time to talk over what I was looking for, made knowledgeable recommendations and did a beautiful job on my cut and color. Christine did such a great job with my daughter's extreme haircut! Abby is 12 almost 13 and went from super long hair to super short! She had a vision of what she wanted and Christine listened and stopped to ask questions. She took her time and she nailed it! Abby was grinning through the whole cut and was thrilled with the end result. Christine walked her through different ways to style it and how to anticipate was to work around it growing out.
